What is the commission, and when is it paid?

Zero commission for low-income and home-based makers. Tailor stores pay a fair, transparent rate with no hidden fees — settled automatically when an order completes.

Is the AI measurement accurate enough?

Customers are measured by their own phone camera, guided step by step on screen, producing tailor-grade measurements. You always review the profile and can request a correction before you cut.

Can I bring my own customers?

Yes. Your existing customers can order through your TerzyApp storefront, and the platform brings new ones on top.

Who handles shipping and returns?

Logistics are integrated end to end. Shipping and returns are coordinated through the platform so you can focus on production.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No lock-in. You can pause or close your storefront at any time; your profile and reputation stay yours.

Do I source the fabric, or does the platform?

Either. Sell your own fabric by the metre, or source from our partner mills in Bursa, Como, Lyon and Yorkshire.

What about the language barrier?

Customer messages are translated automatically across 29 languages, so you can work with anyone, anywhere.
